Why does my plan renew automatically?
When you join us, you agreed to have your plan renewed automatically every month. This also helps in keeping you connected with your loved ones without having to worry about manually renewing every month. So, if you activate your plan on 1st Feb, your next renewal will be on 1st March.
If you have a 6 or 12-month plan, we will ask for your consent in the last month before the renewal. Your 6 or 12-month plan will not renew without it.
We will send you notifications as reminders for plan renewal. Any changes made to your plan will take effect on the renewal date. If you want to stop automatic renewal, you can pause your plan, and the change will take effect on the renewal date.
Please note that 6 and 12-month plans allow upgrades every month, but downgrades and changes to the plan type are only possible during the last month of the plan.
