In compliance with the regulatory framework, the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) is active from September 2022. The registry is designed to protect customers from unwanted communications, eg; unsolicited telemarketing, spam, or malicious calls.
The DNCR ensures that telemarketers seeking to communicate to people must obtain consent from each customer. Should these telemarketers not do this, customers have the right to raise an official complaint.
You can simply register your number in the DNCR through the Virgin Mobile app Settings.
