How can Tourists get a Virgin Mobile SIM from the airport?

Welcome to the UAE! You can get a SIM at Arrival in Dubai Airport at Terminals 1, 2 & 3, Sharjah Airport and Abu Dhabi Airport. Here’s how to find us:
  • In Dubai Airport Terminal 1, we are located at the end of the walkway in the passengers meet and greet area before you leave
  • In Dubai Airport Terminal 2, we are located at the end of the walkway in the passengers meet and greet area before you leave
  • In Dubai Airport Terminal 3, we’re in the telecoms section as you pass Starbucks on the left and before the passengers meet and greet area
  • In Sharjah Airport, we are present right after the passport control doors to the immediate left before leaving the airport
  • In Abu Dhabi Airport, we are in the Arrivals Hall in a kiosk, and we are the first thing that’s seen on the left as you walk out of the arrivals door
Once you’ve got your SIM, pick a plan of your choice. Our team will then review the ID you submitted, which might take a few hours. Once your ID is approved, your SIM will be activated, and you’ll be ready to start using your data and minute.
