The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) is keen to provide effective channels that enable customers to share their opinions and experiences clearly and transparently. TDRA has launched the “TDRA Eye” platform as a convenient tool that allows UAE telecom users to share their journey and experiences with service providers, whether at Business/service centers, through call centers, or via applications and websites. “TDRA Eye” is a platform based on user opinions and feedback and is not a channel for submitting formal complaints. No individual responses or direct follow-ups will be issued, as feedback is used to improve service quality and derive regulatory insights. The initiative is available to all telecom users in the UAE and is completely free of charge. Feedback can be submitted regarding experiences at service centers, call centers, or through applications and websites of telecom service providers in the UAE. Scan the QR code below or access the TDRA application to share your experience.
