What is Wallet Auto Credit?
Auto Credit is an app feature that you can set up for future top-ups if you prefer not to top up your in-app wallet manually.
You can set the app to credit your wallet with a set amount automatically, once your balance hits (or goes below) a fixed amount.
For example, you can set the app to automatically credit money to your wallet with AED100 when your balance hits AED 10 (payments are collected from your connected payment card). This way, you never need to worry about the loss of service.
For your peace of mind, we will always notify you once the wallet has been credited, and you can quickly turn this feature off in the app.
To enable/disable 'Auto Credit', follow these simple steps:
