Why does my plan renew automatically?
When you join us, you agreed to have your plan renew automatically every month. This also helps in keeping you connected with your loved ones without having to worry about manually renewing every month. So, if you activate your plan on 1st Feb, your next renewal will be on 1st March at 12 am.
If you have a 6 or 12-month plan, it will auto-renew at the end of your committed period.
We will send you notifications as reminders for plan renewal. Any changes made to your plan will take effect on the renewal date. If you want to stop the automatic renewal, you can pause your plan, and the change will be effective on the renewal date.
Please note that 6 and 12-month plans allow upgrades every month, but downgrades and changes to the plan type are only possible during the last month of the plan.
