How can I see where the SIM delivery driver is?
You can track your SIM delivery directly through your Virgin Mobile app. If you ordered your SIM through our website, download our app to check your order status. Once you place your order for a SIM, one of our drivers will deliver it to you within 60 minutes and activate your SIM.
Please note the first delivery and re-delivery are free. If you cancel more than once, there will be a charge of AED 10 per re-delivery.

What do I need to sign up to Virgin Mobile?
To sign up to Virgin Mobile, you must have a valid ID as this is a requirement by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
- If you’re a UAE resident, we recommend using your valid Emirates ID.
- If you’re a visitor in the UAE, you can sign up with your passport at our shop at arrivals at the airport, or by visiting our kiosk at a Virgin Megastore near you

How does SIM delivery work?
Once you've ordered your SIM from the Virgin Mobile app or website, we will deliver it to you for free within 60 minutes.
- We deliver SIM cards in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah 24 hours, 7 days a week, and in Ajman, Fujairah and Ras Al-Khaimah from 7 am till midnight, 7 days a week.
- Some emirates and/or areas might not be accessible to us, so you can visit our team in-store at one of our awesome partners.
- If you already have a SIM card, one of our drivers can come to you and help verify your ID.
- Our verification team will review and approve the ID submitted in order to activate your new SIM, which might take a few hours.
- Make sure you have your original ID to complete the delivery successfully.
- The first delivery and re-delivery are on us, but please be aware that if you cancel more than once, there will be a small charge of AED 10 per re-delivery.
