Will I need my Emirates ID to place an order?
Yes – Pre-order is only available to EID holders.

Will Virgin Mobile offer a plan bundle with the iPhone 17?
Yes – The iPhone 17 will be bundled with Virgin Mobile’s 12m plans which come with a 50% discount and a free data upgrade.

What’s unique about the iPhone 17 Air?
This ultra-thin model (around 5.5–6 mm thick) features a 6.6-inch display and a single 48MP rear camera.

Does the iPhone 17 use eSIM?
Yes – the iPhone 17 will use ONLY an eSIM for connectivity. The iPhone 17 will NOT have any physical SIM slots.

Will the iPhone 17 be available on monthly installment plans with Virgin Mobile?
The iPhone 17 can be purchased only via an upfront payment for the plan and device bundle.

Can I transfer my existing number to the new iPhone?
Yes - You can transfer your current number to Virgin Mobile during the sign-up by following a few steps. On the sign-up flow; Select 'BRING YOUR CURRENT NUMBER’

Can I get a refund for my iPhone 17 pre-order after delivery?
You have a 3-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

• The iPhone must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging, with the seal unbroken
• Please be aware that any usage of the mobile plan will result in a deduction from the charged amount

Can I change or cancel my pre-order before delivery?
Please contact customer care to request a change of order or cancellation:

• You can still cancel your order after pre-order and you will be refunded
• If you would like to change the order, Virgin Mobile will issue a refund and you will need to re-order

Will pre-ordered devices be delivered or available for pickup?
Pre-Ordered devices will be delivered directly to customers on Friday 19th September

How will I request my delivery address?
During the pre-order process you will confirm your delivery address

What if I need to change my delivery address after ordering?
Our delivery partner will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm your delivery location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery riders will contact you to confirm your delivery location.
