It’s a special Virgin Mobile offer where eligible customers get an extra 10GB of data each month for 6 months, on top of their chosen plan.
Who is eligible for this promotion?
This promotion is only available to: • Customers who activate a new e-SIM with Virgin Mobile. • Customers who complete ID verification using Facial Recognition or UAE Pass in the Virgin Mobile app or web. • Customers who choose a plan with at least 3GB of monthly data (monthly, semi-annual, or annual plans).
Is this promotion valid for adding a new SIM to my existing account?
No. This promotion is not valid for adding a new SIM to an existing account. It applies only to new e-SIM activations with the required ID verification.
How long will the promotion run?
The offer is available for 3 months from the campaign launch date. Customers who activate during this period will receive the 10GB benefit for 6 consecutive months.
How will I receive the extra data?
The 10GB will be automatically added on top of your chosen plan each month for 6 months, once your e-SIM activation and ID verification are successfully completed. And you use your promotional data first then your plan data.Can I use the free 10GB for roaming or share it with others?
No. The free 10GB is for local UAE use only. It cannot be rolled over, shared, or used for roaming passes.
Does this promotion apply to physical SIM activations?
No. The offer is exclusive to e-SIM activations with digital ID verification (Facial Recognition or UAE Pass).What happens after the 6 months are over?
After 6 months, the extra 10GB will automatically stop. You’ll continue enjoying your selected plan as usual.Do I need to do anything extra to claim the offer?
