We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. You can request a refund within 3 days from the payment date.
Upon receiving of your refund request, we'll review it within 24-48 working hours. If you are eligible, we'll process your refund, and it typically takes 3-7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account (any usage during this period will be deducted from the refunded amount).
Please activate your SIM within 30 days or the payment will expire. If the payment expires, you'll need to initiate payment again.
