Yes! Here’s everything you need to know:
- To get started you need to ensure your device has an eSIM. Click here to see the list of supported devices.
- If you are activating a new number, you can ask our driver or our promoters in the store to activate an eSIM for you.
- If you already have a physical SIM and want to move to an eSIM, click here to see the steps.
- There are no extra charges to activate the eSIM.
- You can always move back to a physical SIM or you can move eSIM to a new device through the app.
- Please note; eSIM can only be activated within UAE.
