I had to cancel my SIM delivery. What happens now?

Not a problem at all, we understand that these things happen. When you are ready to have your SIM card delivered, log back into the app and request a new delivery from the ‘Delivery Screen’. The first re-delivery is on us, but please be aware that if you cancel more than once there will be a small charge of 10AED per re-delivery.
