Virgin Mobile is a credit or debit card only service. After installing the app, we will ask you for your payment details and these will be saved and used for all future payments. If you wish to change your payment method later, you can do this in the app. We think this makes your mobile life a little easier to manage. Here at Virgin Mobile, we accept the following payment cards:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit cards only.
  • Cash payments (ONLY for payment on delivery).
  • Debit cards. However, some banks might not allow your debit card for recurring payments for your monthly subscription renewal.
  • Some pre-paid cards.
  • Pre pay vouchers (can be purchased at AXIOM).
We don’t accept:
  • American Express (AMEX), JCB, Diners.
  • Some international cards.
