Please click here to change from eSIM to physical SIM or you can follow the below steps on the app: 1-Connect to the internet on your device “preferably wifi” 2-Go to My Profile, click on “My Number”, then “Manage eSIM”. Select “Transform to physical SIM” and enter your password to verify your identity. 3-To activate your physical SIM, you are requested to visit the nearest Virgin Mega Store along with your valid ID. 4-Tick all the instruction boxes and click on “I am in the store”. 5-The eSIM will be deactivated on your device and a QR code will be generated on the app to activate your new physical SIM by one of our promoters on the app.
