You're in control! If you ever want to cancel your Groups subscription, simply go to your Group
in the app, tap on the three dots in the top right corner, and tap on "Terminate."If you cancel before your renewal day, your group will be terminated automatically on the renewal day. Until then, you and your Group members can continue enjoying the benefits of the Group.
Please note that all members of the Group will be removed on the day the Group is terminated. So, if you do decide to cancel, make sure to let your Group members know in advance.
And, if you happen to change your mind, don't worry. You can cancel your termination request anytime until the termination day. We're flexible like that! 😉
Lastly, a Group will be immediately terminated in the following instances:
- Cancellation of the Virgin Mobile number
- Porting out the Virgin Mobile number
- Changing the ownership of the number
- Termination due to an expired ID
