Things to know
- Customers will have the option to purchase voice boosters while on active Tourist plans. The validity of the booster will be that of the Tourist plan.
- The Tourist plans are valid for 7, 10, and 15 days.
- The Tourist SIM is valid for (the validity of the Tourist SIM will be in line with the RRMC requirement)
- Once the validity of the bundles expire, customers can subscribe to recurring national bundles or stay on 'Pay As You Go'.
- When the customer moves to recurring national bundles or 'Pay As You Go', voice and data boosters will be accessible to the user.
- The daily data counter will be reset at midnight and all unused data allowance for the day will be forfeited.
- These plans will only be applicable on Passport/GCC ID. Emirates ID users cannot avail this offer.
- The Tourist plans are one-time; customer will not be able to renew the same Tourist plan.
- Minutes can be utilized for local and international calling.
- AED 300 Tourist plan will also include free VoIP subscription for the duration of your plan. The benefit will lapse if the customer cancels his or her Tourist plan. The data for VoIP service will not be whitelisted.
- None of the promotions will be applicable for the Tourist plans.

How do I collect my Tourist SIM in UAE?
You can get one when you visit the Arrivals section of the Dubai International Airport in Terminals 1, 2, and 3. You can also visit the Arrivals sections of the Sharjah and Abu Dhabi international airports.
Here’s how to find us:
- At Dubai Airport Terminal 1, we're at the end of the walkway in the passengers' meet and greet area before you leave.
- At Dubai Airport Terminal 2, we're at the end of the walkway in the passengers' meet and greet area before you leave.
- At Dubai Airport Terminal 3, we’re in the telecoms section as you pass Starbucks on the left and before the passengers' meet and greet area.
- At Sharjah Airport, we are present right after the passport control doors to the immediate left before leaving the airport.
- At Abu Dhabi Airport, we are in the Arrivals Hall in a kiosk, and we're the first thing that’s seen on the left as you walk out of the Arrivals door.
Our team will review the passport you submitted once you’ve collected your Travel SIM Card; which might take a few hours. Once your passport is approved, your SIM will be activated, and you’ll be ready to start using your data and minutes.

How can I get a SIM from the airport?
You can get a SIM card upon arrival at Dubai Airport, available at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, as well as at Abu Dhabi & Sharjah Airports.
Here’s how to find us:
- In Dubai Airport Terminal 1, we are located on the left at the start of the walkway in the passengers meet and greet area just after immigration.
- In Dubai Airport Terminal 2, we're at the end of the walkway in the passengers' meet and greet area before you leave.
- In Dubai Airport Terminal 3, we’re in the telecoms section of the terminal. Walk pass Starbucks which is on your right and we’re located in front of you on the left before the passengers meet and greet area.
- In Abu Dhabi Airport, we have 2 locations in the arrivals terminal. Our shop is located on the right-hand side of the terminal next to Big ticket and our kiosk is located on the left hand side of the terminal after the Travelex kiosk.
- At Sharjah Airport, we are present right after the passport control doors to the immediate left before leaving the airport.
