You are prompted to make a manual payment each month:
- if your bank has not enabled your debit card for monthly recurring payments without using your 3D secure password
- when you are using a local prepaid card
- when you are below 21 years old.
- Make a manual payment in your Virgin Mobile app. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder each month to make the payment.
- Change your card in the app to a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Credit cards allow you to make recurring monthly payments.
