You are prompted to make a manual payment each month:

  • if your bank has not enabled your debit card for monthly recurring payments without using your 3D secure password
  • when you are using a local prepaid card
  • when you are below 21 years old.
You have two options:
  1. Make a manual payment in your Virgin Mobile app. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder each month to make the payment.
  2. Change your card in the app to a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Credit cards allow you to make recurring monthly payments.
