What’s the 1 Country Calls benefit?
Get 500 free international minutes each month to one country of your choice from a list of 21 countries.

Who is eligible?
All new and existing Virgin Mobile customers on 14GB plans or higher automatically receive this benefit.

Are any plans excluded?
Yes — plans 10GB and below are not eligible for the FREE benefit.

How do I select my country of choice?
Opt into the benefit in the Virgin Mobile app homepage and pick the country you want to call.

Can I change my selected country?
Yes! You can choose from 21 countries and change your selection each month when you renew the offer.

I’m on a 10GB or smaller plan – Can I get this benefit?
Yes, you can buy it as an add-on in the Virgin Mobile app for AED 59. PAYG and Starter plans cannot purchase this add-on.

When will my 500 international minutes renew with my 14GB and above plan?
Your FREE 500 International Minutes can be activated every month when your plan renews and you can select your chosen country.

Do unused international minutes roll over?
For this benefit, any unused minutes will expire at the end of the monthly cycle.

Does the benefit cover all numbers in the chosen country?
It covers standard landline and mobile numbers. Premium or special-rate numbers are excluded.

How can I check my remaining international minutes?
Track your remaining minutes anytime on the Virgin Mobile app homepage, in the dedicated “1 Country Calls” section.

Can I use these minutes while roaming?
No — this benefit is for calls from the UAE to your selected country only.

Will I be notified when my minutes are running out?
Yes — you’ll get an SMS or app notification at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your allowance.

What happens if I use all 500 international minutes?
Any extra calls to your chosen country will come from your plan’s international minutes or be charged at a standard rate.

Can I buy the add-on for multiple countries?
No — the benefit can only be applied once per month, for one country.

For how long does the benefit last?
The 1 country calls will stop on the same date as the renewal date of your existing plan.

What happens if I downgrade my plan to less than 14GB – will the benefit stop working at the next renewal date?
Yes – the benefit will no longer be applied to your account from the next plan cycle.

Can I get a refund for the benefit?
Refund is not applicable for the opt in but you can choose to cancel the benefit before the next renewal date.

Can I opt into the benefit for all my accounts under my number?
Yes – As long as they are on 14GB and above plans. The account will receive the free benefit.
