Primary payment method is a default payment set up for all your in-app transactions.
On the Virgin Mobile app, you can either choose your preferred "primary payment method" or the method used during your first payment, is auto-set as default.

Today we offer these payment options: Payment card Payment cards are your debit/credit cards from your bank. You can use all major credit and debit cards to make a payment on your Virgin Mobile app, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
Wallet
Think of the 'Wallet' like a piggy bank or credit reserve. You can add additional funds to your 'Wallet' and use it if you are apprehensive of connecting your card.
  • Add credit to your "Wallet' with a recharge voucher or a debit or credit card.
  • Find our recharge vouchers at Axiom, Carrefour, Lulu near you.

Apple Pay 
Step into the world of Apple Pay, here To change your primary payment method, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Head to your Virgin Mobile app.
Next step: Click on the "Payments" tab, which is on a strip at the bottom of your screen.

Last and easy: Change your payment method :)
Keep in mind that if your primary payment method fails due to any reason, we will automatically charge the next available payment option in your account.

 Screen Tip: Use the payments screen to set a spending limit for your connected card (if any) or to add credit to your Wallet.
