What happens when I merge my accounts?

You will have access to all your accounts under your primary account, on the Virgin Mobile App.

  • You can purchase boosters, maintain the associated wallet and even change the plan for each account, every month
  • You can set up a card spend limit for each account
  • The account merged with yours can still be accessed with the old credentials. This is simply convenient if it belongs to your friend or family who would want to access their account. Remember, they will now have access to your payment method and Emirates ID

Ensure you have at least 2 active plans (Primary + an added or merged account) and they’re of value AED 79 or more,  to successfully get your benefit each month.

You may have up to 10 numbers total registered to 1 email address.
