You can cancel and return the device within 3 days of purchase if the device is in the original sealed condition. Any device that has been opened or has damaged packaging is not eligible for a refund.
A defective device with no physical damage, returned in its original packaging with all accessories included, can be replaced with another device of the same model, color, and capacity within 3 days of purchase.
