Good question. You are prompted to make a manual payment each month if your bank has not enabled your debit card for monthly recurring payments without using your 3D secure password or when you are using a local prepaid card or you are below 21 years old.In this case you have two options:
- Log into the app and make a manual payment. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder each month to make the payment.
- Change your card in the app to a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Credit cards allow you to make recurring monthly payments.
