How can I update my ID with UAE pass?

What is UAE PASS? 

UAE PASS is a secure national digital identity for UAE citizens and residents. The app enables all registered individuals to access more than 12000 government, semi-government, and private sector entities’ services through their respective websites and apps and allows them to digitally sign documents. UAE PASS also enables users to request a digital version of official documents issued to their name and to use the same to request services from a trusted network of service providers.

How do I get UAE PASS?

  • Download their app and create an account
  • Become a verified user by uploading your Emirates ID
  • Once you have become a verified user, you will be able to use the UAE PASS functionality on the Virgin Mobile App

What can I use UAE PASS for on the Virgin Mobile App?

  • Currently, you can use the UAE PASS document-sharing functionality to update your ID on our app
  • You can log in to our app using UAE PASS (please see login with UAE PASS FAQ)

Who can use UAE PASS?

UAE Residents or Citizens.

How can I update my ID using UAE PASS?

  • Navigate to the profile section and select the “Update your ID” section
  • Sign in using UAE PASS by following the instructions in the flow
  • Once complete, progress through the UAE PASS document-sharing process by selecting Continue with UAE PASS
  • After completing the document-sharing process, your ID will be updated momentarily
  • If you are outside of the UAE, you can update your ID using UAE PASS

What does ID mismatch mean?

This means that we cannot match the EID number provided by UAE PASS with any of our customers. You should check which UAE PASS account you tried to access our app with or contact UAE PASS.
