Double Data Promotion Changes

  • Ending Date: The Double Data promotion ends on January 10, 2024.
  • Impact on New Customers:
    • Last day for new customers to access double data is January 10, 2024. If you get a monthly plan, you will have double data for 6 months. If you get a 6- or 12-month plan, you will have double data until the end of your commitment period.
    • Please note: Updating your plan during the promotional period will result in the loss of double data.
  • Impact on Existing Monthly Customers:
    • Existing monthly plan users renewing before January 11, 2024, will receive double data for 6 months.
    • Users with failed payments have a 7-day grace period to retain double data upon renewal.
    • Please note: Updating your plan during the promotional period will result in the loss of double data.
  • Impact on Existing 6- and 12-Month Customers:
    • Existing 6- and 12-month users who purchased the plan before January 11, 2024, will retain double data for the entire duration of their plan.
    • Existing 6- and 12-month users with paid renewals between January 11, 2024, and February 10, 2024, and auto-renewal consent will have double data throughout their plan's duration.
    • Please note: Updating your plan during the promotional period will result in the loss of double data.
