Yes, you can use your Diplomat ID to sign up with us. Make sure your Diplomat ID is not expired and have your valid passport on hand when you’re activating your SIM. One of our champions will verify your documents and capture their images.
Important: The validity of your document will be based on the expiry date of your Diplomat ID.
Once you get a new Diplomat ID, please visit one of our stores and make sure you bring both your new Diplomat ID & your passport. Our Virgin Mobile representative will help you update your documents. Don’t worry, this is simply for our records and we will send you a reminder to update your ID when it’s time.
