Am I eligible for compensation during a service outage?
We are sorry if you've experienced a service loss. Compensation eligibility during a service outage depends on the outage duration. Our Customer Care team will investigate if you had a loss of service and will compensate you based on the below criteria:
Outages under 12 hours: No compensation is provided.
Outages between 12 and 24 hours: Eligible customers receive 0.5 times their Daily Compensation Amount.
Outages surpassing 24 hours: Eligible customers receive 1 times their Daily Compensation Amount for each full day of the outage, plus an extra 0.5 times the daily amount for each partial day of the outage
