Good question! You can easily add money to your Virgin Mobile 'Wallet' by following these simple steps:

  1. Tap on 'Payments' in the menu section at the bottom of your home screen.
  2. Spot the Wallet space
  3. Tap on "Add Credit'.
  4. Follow the instructions.
Pro Tip: Navigate faster to the relevant screen, with a quick tap on ‘RECHARGE NOW.’

Additionally, set up "Auto Credit" for future top-ups and never worry about running out.

If you prefer not to top up your 'Wallet' manually, we have also added an 'Auto credit' option for your convenience. Here you can set the app to credit your 'Wallet' with a set amount automatically, once your balance hits (or goes below) a fixed amount.

For example, you can set the app to automatically credit money to your 'Wallet' with AED100 when your balance hits AED 10 (payments are collected from your connected payment card). This way, you never need to worry about the loss of service.
