What apps can I use with an Internet Calling subscription?

We offer Internet Calling through two apps: BOTIM and C'ME.

If you're looking for a cost-effective way to make international calls using the internet, you'll love our Internet Calling service.

Subscribe to our Internet Calling service which will be FREE until 31 May 2020.

The subscription will cost AED 50 (+5% VAT) per month from 1 June 2020 onwards.

Enjoy hassle-free auto-renewals through your connected payment card on your Virgin Mobile app.

You'll get access to both BOTIM & C'ME apps with your Internet Calling subscription.

How do I get started with Internet Calling?

It's easy. Subscribe to the Internet Calling service from the Virgin Mobile app.

Can I use Internet Calling if I have no data on my plan?

Yes, you can until 31 May 2020. Subscription and data charges will resume on 1 June 2020

You need to be on Virgin Mobile to subscribe to the service. 

Here are the quick steps: 

Step 1: Open your Virgin Mobile app and look for Internet Calling on the home screen.

Step 2: Tap on ‘Get’ and confirm your purchase.

Step 3: Download either the 
BOTIM or C'ME app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

We’ll only charge the payment, if you continue using your Internet Calling after 31st May 2020.

Important: You'll need data to be able to make Internet Calls through the apps once, our offer ends.

Unsubscribing is also available in-app. 
Alternatively, SMS “CCP” to 1012.

Your plan will be unsubscribed immediately and you won't lose any remaining balance.
