We will notify you by SMS, push notification, and email as soon as your existing number is transferred to Virgin Mobile and is active. You can also check on your Virgin Mobile app. For iOS devices, tap on ‘More’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen. For Android devices, open your side menu.
- Spot your name, then tap on it to go to the ‘My Account’ screen.
- Tap on ‘My Numbers’ and you should see your current active number and also the status of the number in transfer.
