If you lost your eSIM registered device, please follow the below steps:

1-Connect to the internet on any "apple" device.
2-Go to My Profile, click on “My Number”, then ʺI lost my phone”.
3-Enter your password to verify your identity.
4-Tick the box to deactivate the eSIM on your lost device.
5- An email will be sent with a QR code to scan it and to auto-download the new eSIM profile to your compatible device.

6-On your supported device go to Settings >Mobile data or Cellular> Tap Add data Cellular Plan> Scan the code to add the Virgin Mobile profile.
