If you lose your eSIM registered device, please follow these steps: 1-Connect to the internet on any "apple" device 2-Go to the "My Profile" section on your phone and click on “My Number”, then on ʺI lost my phone” 3-Enter your password to verify your identity 4-Tick the box to deactivate the eSIM on your lost device 5- We will send you an email with a QR code to scan it and to auto-download the new eSIM profile to your compatible device 6-On your supported device go to Settings >Mobile data or Cellular> Tap Add data Cellular Plan> Scan the code to add the Virgin Mobile profile You'll be back on your eSIM in no time :)
