If you lose your eSIM registered device, please follow these steps:

1- Connect to the internet on any "Apple" device

2- Go to the "My Profile" section on your phone and click on “My Number”, then on ʺI lost my phone”

3- Enter your password to verify your identity

4- Tick the box to deactivate the eSIM on your lost device

5- We will send you an email with a QR code to scan it and to auto-download the new eSIM profile to your compatible device

6- On your supported device go to Settings >Mobile data or Cellular > Tap Add data Cellular Plan > Scan the code to add the Virgin Mobile profile

You'll be back on your eSIM in no time :)
