You have a 3-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- The iPhone must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging, with the seal unbroken.
- Please be aware that any usage of the mobile plan will result in a deduction from the charged amount.
- To initiate the refund process, you must personally bring the handset to our VM office. Please reach out to our customer care team to schedule a visit to our office for the refund.
Please note: In the event of a refund, the mobile plan must be canceled, and the iPhone must be returned. You can't receive a refund for the plan while retaining the iPhone and you can’t receive a refund for the iPhone while retaining the plan.Exchange Policy:
A defective device with no physical damage, returned in its original packaging with all accessories included, can be replaced with another device of the same model, color, and capacity within 3 days of purchase. Follow these steps for an exchange:
- Visit an Apple store to obtain a handset service analysis report confirming the device's defect.
- Once you have the analysis report, reach out to our customer care team to schedule a visit to our office for the exchange.
- Before Your Visit, Please Ensure:
- The device is free from physical damage.
- The device is not passcode locked.
- There is no evidence of water damage to the device.
- All original accessories should be available for the exchange process.
- The "Find My iPhone" feature is turned off. To disable this feature, follow these steps:
- Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
- Navigate to "Find My iPhone."
- Click on "All Devices" at the top of the screen.
- Select the device you want to remove from iCloud.
- If necessary, click "Erase (device)."
- Finally, click "Remove from Account."
