To resolve your roaming issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
Enable and then disable flight mode on your phone. This will reactivate your phone's network connections.
If enabling and disabling flight mode doesn't resolve the issue, restart your phone.
Make sure the Data Roaming option is enabled on your phone. Simply go to Settings -> Data Roaming and switch on Data Roaming.
Check if you have an active roaming pack or pass in the app.
Make sure you are connected to one of our preferred partners in the country you are visiting.
Reset your network settings and try again:
iPhone: Settings – General – Reset – Reset network settings
Android: Settings – Connections – Mobile networks – access point names – select access – Reset to default
Dial *147# and follow the instructions to get the internet settings on your phone. Alternatively, you can enter your APN settings into your Android device manually.
