No worries. If your diplomat ID has expired, all you need to upload is the front page of your passport and the front page of your valid diplomat ID to the Virgin Mobile APP.
Follow these simple steps:
If you're using an iOS device:
1) On the APP, select 'More' from the menu located at the bottom of the home screen
2) Select your name and email address
3) Click on "Update ID" and select "Visitor"
4) Capture an image of the first page of the passport and instead of the back of the passport please capture the front page of the diplomat ID
If you're using an Android device:
1) On the APP, select the 3-bar icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2) Select your name and email address
3) Click on "Update ID" and select "Visitor" and follow the above-mentioned steps"
4) Capture an image of the first page of the passport and instead of the back of the passport please capture the front page of the diplomat ID .
