- Double check your plan to see if you have data remaining. If not, you can always buy a 'Booster'.
- Is your Virgin Mobile SIM inserted correctly?
- Try your SIM in another phone to make sure the phone is working correctly.
- Turn off your wifi and place your phone in flight mode for 10 seconds.
- Check that your cellular data is switched on.
