You can cancel your monthly plan at any time and it can all be done on your Virgin Mobile app. Please note 6 and 12- month plans can only be cancelled in the last month (6th or 12th month). If you decide to cancel your plan earlier, please reach out to us.
Once you cancel, your account will run until your renewal date and will automatically be terminated on the renewal date. If you cancel your account, you will lose your number and remaining wallet balance. Click here to cancel your account or follow these steps:
For iOS devices, tap on ‘More’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen. For Android devices, open your side menu.
- Spot your name, then tap on it to go to the ‘My Account’ screen.
- Tap on ‘Terminate my account’.
- Follow the instructions to terminate your account.
If you decide to reactivate your account, you’ll need to sign up again using your original email address within 12 months of the date of your previous termination.
