Change or update your plan easily from the Virgin Mobile App.
- Head to the app 'HOME' screen
- Under 'This month's plan' tap on 'Update next plan'.
- In the 'Update your plan' section you can upgrade or downgrade your data, local and international minutes (any changes will be applied to the following month. when your plan renews.)
- Confirm your changes and your plan is set up.
It's important to know that while monthly plans can be both upgraded and downgraded, your 6 months and yearly plans can only be upgraded. You can't downgrade your plan as you've already paid for your selection when you first subscribed.
