You can make changes to your plan easily from your Virgin Mobile app.
- On the home screen, tap on ‘Update next plan’ under ‘this month’s plan’
- In the 'Update your plan' section, you can modify your data, local and international minutes. Any changes will be applied the following month when your plan renews.
- Confirm your changes and your plan is set up.
It's important to know that while monthly plans can be both upgraded and downgraded, your 6 and 12-month plans can only be upgraded as you've already paid for your selection when you first subscribed.
