Change or update your plan easily from the Virgin Mobile App.

  1. Head to the app 'HOME' screen
  2. Under 'This month's plan'  tap on 'Update next plan'.
  3. In the 'Update your plan' section you can upgrade or downgrade your data, local and international minutes (any changes will be applied to the following month. when your plan renews.)
  4. Confirm your changes and your plan is set up.
The best part is you can update your plan as many times as you like until your plan renews. Once the plan renews, your most recent selection will be part of your next plan.

It's important to know that while monthly plans can be both upgraded and downgraded, your 6 months and yearly plans can only be upgraded. You can't downgrade your plan as you've already paid for your selection when you first subscribed.
