You can change your email address on your Virgin Mobile app by following the below SIMple steps.
Pro tip: choose a new email address that you frequently use.
For iOS devices, tap on ‘More’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen. If you’re using an Android device, open up your side menu.
- Spot your name, then tap on it to go to the ‘My Account’ screen.
- Tap on ‘Change Password/Email’, select ‘CHANGE YOUR EMAIL’, and follow the instructions.
- If you have the app, tap here to be directed to the right screen.
On the next screen, you’ll need to enter your password. We’ll then send you an SMS with a link. Please note both the SMS and the option to change your email address have a timer. If time runs out, or if you haven’t received an SMS, you can request a ‘resend’.
Once you change your email address, all future notifications and updates will be sent to your new email address.
Please note: You can't change your email address if you have registered your account using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
