It's quite easy to change your email address on the Virgin Mobile app. You'll need to enter your account password, so make sure you have it handy.Get started, follow these simple steps:
- First, head to your Virgin Mobile app and open up the sidebar. (Tap on "more" if you're on an iOs app or the "burger menu" if you're on Android.)
- Second, spot your name and email address on top of the sidebar. Tap on it.
- Next, spot change Password/Email and within, you will see the option to change your email address.
Here's when you will need to enter your password, and once you do, we'll send you an SMS with a link to follow.
Watch out, both the SMS and the option to change your email has a timer. Not to rush you, but for security :)
You can always "Resend" our SMS if time runs out OR if you haven't received an SMS.Pro Tip:
We recommend choosing a new email address that you frequently use.
Thereafter, make sure you verify your new email address. Once you change your email address, all future notifications and updates will now go to your new email address.
