We've made it really easy to change your password through your Virgin Mobile app! Follow these SIMple steps:
- If you're using an iOS device, tap on 'More' in the menu at the bottom of the screen. For Android, open up your side menu.
- Here you will see your name at the top, tap on this.
- You have arrived at the 'My Account' screen.
- Tap 'CHANGE PASSWORD'.
- Follow the instructions.
- If you have the app, tap here to be directed to the right screen.
