WHAT DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO VIRGIN MOBILE?
We recommend all UAE residents to use an Emirates ID when signing up to Virgin Mobile because it is a requirement by the regulation.

UAE residents can enjoy free SIM delivery within 60 mins in Dubai & Abu Dhabi from 7 am until midnight, 7 days a week.

How can I join Virgin Mobile?
Download our app to get started. After the signup process, we’ll deliver a SIM to your door for free within 60 minutes. Deliveries are available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi from 7 AM till midnight, 7 days a week.

You can also find our SIM at any of our kiosks or the stores we’ve partnered with.
How can I pay for Virgin Mobile?
Paying for Virgin Mobile is quick and simple. All you need is our app.Once you've installed it, set up your primary payment method and your selection will be saved for all your future payments. If you wish to change your payment method later, you can do this within the app. We think this makes your mobile life a little easier to manage. Here at Virgin Mobile, we accept the following payment cards:
  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX) credit cards.
  • Cash payments (ONLY for payment on delivery).
  • Debit cards. However, some banks might not allow your debit card for recurring payments for your monthly subscription renewal.
  • Some prepaid cards.
  • Recharge vouchers (can be purchased at an Axiom, Carrefour, Lulu near you).
  • Apple Pay.
We don’t accept:
  • JCB, Diners.
  • Some international cards.
