Good question! Ok, so think of the 'Wallet' as a piggy bank or credit reserve. You can add additional funds and use your wallet to:
- Make and receive calls abroad (voice roaming) if you choose not to get a roaming pack.
- PAYG (Pay As You Go) calling if you have used all your local and international minutes.
- Calling countries that are not in your international voice plan. Click here to check the list of international countries, then select "Rates".
- Send premium SMS (parking, donations, contests, etc.)
- Complete transactions if you have exceeded your spend limit. For more information on this return to the Help Centre and search 'card spend limit'.
- Alternative payment method for your monthly plan or boosters if you're apprehensive of using your card. Or even if your credit card is declined/expired.
- Head to your Virgin Mobile app
- Tap on 'Payments' in the menu section at the bottom of your home screen.
- Spot the Wallet space
- Tap on "Add Credit' if iOs or 'Recharge Now" if using an android.
- Follow the instructions.
