- Use the same identification you've used to set up your Du or Etisalat account, to set up your Virgin Mobile account.
- Send us a clear copy of your identification document.
- Make sure the number you are transferring is registered under your name.
- Make sure the number you are transferring is active.
- Make sure the number you are transferring is not an Enterprise number 'company/employer number'.
