If you know your Virgin Mobile account login and have access to another phone, all you need to do is download the Virgin Mobile app, log in, deactivate your SIM card and order a new one. If it's just your SIM card that you have lost, just open up the app, deactivate the SIM and order a new one. Simple! If you don't have access to another phone or can't remember your account logins, we can help deactivate your old SIM for you.
