If you are signing up with us for the first time we can verify you by video directly from the app. To do this just follow the simple steps below:

  1. After uploading a picture of your ID, select the option 'I already have a SIM' on the 'Get my SIM' screen.
  2. A video call to a Virgin Mobile staff member in our contact centre will be initiated.
  3. At this point please have your ID to hand as the staff member will verify you.
Please note that if you are a UAE resident we will need to verify your Emirates ID, if you are a non-resident we will need to verify your passport.
